With its striking architecture, unique height and full height glass, 22 WestEdge will become Charleston's most recognizable, iconic office building. However, it's not just a place to work. With street front restaurants, a fitness center, a dining/event club, a rooftop terrace overlooking the Ashley River, common conference facilities, co-working and executive suites, incubator space and traditional office space, 22 WestEdge brings to Charleston an inspiring place to work, to meet, collaborate and create new innovations.
Small start ups and large multinational companies will have the opportunity to lease space in the initial 150,000 square foot worldclass, 22 WestEdge office building. The office building will also incorporate planned street level space for cafes, restaurants & shopping - all designed for true collaboration and breakthrough thinking.
