WestEdge’s first completed phase includes the mixed-use projects at 10 WestEdge, 22 WestEdge and 99 WestEdge.

Together, they have blossomed into a modern work-learn-live-play community with retail, dining, apartment living, a Publix supermarket and fully-leased office and lab spaces that serve as a hub for life sciences and other innovative businesses including Vikor Scientific and the South Carolina Research Authority (SCRA).

Our Progress

The first three mixed-use projects completed at WestEdge — 10 WestEdge, 22 WestEdge, and The Caroline — have set the bar high for what’s possible in downtown Charleston. 10 WestEdge offers 350 modern apartments overlooking Brittlebank Park and the Ashley River. Home to Woodhouse Spa and a 50,000-square-foot Publix, this mixed-use building provides convenient amenities and a large parking deck. Located on the new WestEdge Street, it's a popular residence for healthcare workers and medical students.

22 WestEdge is Charleston’s iconic office building, featuring striking architecture and full-height glass. It houses the Harbour Club, Vikor Scientific, and more. With street-front restaurants, a rooftop terrace, and coworking spaces, it offers an inspiring place to work, meet, and innovate. Located on the new WestEdge Street.

The Caroline

The Caroline, located at Fishburne and WestEdge streets, is a 237-unit luxury apartment building with floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning Ashley River views. The building features ground-floor commercial spaces like Barre South, Hokkaido, and BKeDSHoP. Amenities include a fitness studio, pet spa, and saltwater pool, ideal for active professionals.
